After the shocking murder of Labour politician Jo Cox on the street in front of her constituents, her seat was left empty for four months by the Labour party, as they dealt with the shock of the murder, and the Brexit vote which happened two weeks afterwards. In that time, a vacuum was left that – that was filled by far right parties. Having gained personal access to the BNP, Labour, Liberty GB & English Democrats, and fringe far right groups in the area, this film explores the issues around, and arising from the process of selecting a new MP after the biggest act of political violence in Britain of this decade.
